She has a firm understanding of deadlines and editorial requirements for different titles plus their preferred shooting style. Very importantly, she works quickly and efficiently with people on tight schedules and will always shoot to company brand identity or specific guidelines.
Leah provides wardrobe and styling advice (if required) and Hair and Makeup can be completed on location.

This is not a conveyor belt of fake smiles or a ‘school photo’ experience! Leah brings her A-game of organisational skills and professionalism yet treats everyone uniquely, enjoying the connections and a laugh along the way which is always helpful to calm the worst ‘in front of the camera’ nerves.
Upon booking in, a helpful guide of tips for getting everyone ‘photo ready’ will be sent through, such as advising on clothing choices for both men and women.
After setting up in a dedicated spot, we can photograph between 20 – 25 staff members and EVERYONE receives individual attention with posing and tweaking of hair, suits, ties. And Ladies, my attention to the details is my point of difference.
Group photos are approached like a jig-saw puzzle as opposed to the old ‘school photo’ mentality! It’s a challenge working out people’s heights, body shapes and clothing colours and then work on a strong yet cohesive and visually pleasing arrangement using different levels and layers so everyone can shine in the moment.
A full private proof gallery will be provided, and everyone can easily make their individual choices! All final images are professionally retouched for that extra polished edge and you will receive the high res colour plus BW versions, including complimentary web sized versions.
Your Teams might consist of 5 – 150 or more staff members so quotes can be provided by the hour, half to full day.
